We aim to get all orders despatched within 48 hours from stock unless a longer time is displayed in the item description if this website link is the case we will oldfivebells let you know and give you the option of having part of your order delivered first or you can wait and have whole lot delivered at once. No additional charge will be incurred if you choose t have separate deliveries.

Shipping Costs

For UK mainland deliveries only we charge £5.00 on all orders up to the value of £100 and then they are shipped free of charge over that value

Isle of Man , Outer Hebrides and Shetland Isles will incur a shipping charge of £12.95 regardless of order value. If you live in any of these locations please contact us for the shipping charge to be applied.

Republic Of Ireland & Rest of World

For international deliveries please contact us with devsiteplace a list of the items you require and we will provide you with the specific cost for your order

Returns

Please contact us in advance regarding any items you wish to return and a description of your reason.

If it is a faulty item or it has been described incorrectly then we would arrange collection and refund or replace at our own expense. Subject to seeing a photo of the item in question. Check cash comet.

If it is an item that you wish to return because you don’t like it or it doesn’t look like you expected then as long as it wasn’t a special order we would refund once we have received the item but you would have to post back to us at your own expense and we would urge you to use a trackable service at our website.
